Delivery & fulfilment

Three different things can reach you through KLEK, and they arrive in different ways. All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

1. Digital kleks — immediate

A digital klek appears in your collection as soon as your payment clears, normally within a minute. Nothing is shipped and there is no delivery charge.

If your payment has cleared and it has not appeared within an hour, contact us — do not pay again.

2. Physical stickers — at the campaign

Printed stickers are handed out by the campaign partner: at the event, at their premises, or however that campaign says. We produce and serialize them; the partner distributes them. The campaign page tells you how to get yours before you take part.

Once you have one, scratch the panel and enter the code in the app to claim it. The claim is immediate.

3. Posted rewards — within 21 working days

Some rewards are physical items we post to you. When you redeem one we ask for your delivery address.

We currently post within Malaysia only. Delivery is free unless the reward says otherwise before you redeem it.

Please give us a complete, correct address. We cannot recover an item sent to an address that was entered wrongly, and we cannot redirect a parcel once it has been sent.

4. If it does not arrive

If twenty-one working days have passed and nothing has reached you, email hello@klek.co with your account email and what you redeemed. We will either send a replacement or refund you — see our refunds policy.

If an item arrives damaged, photograph it and send us the photo within seven days of receiving it.

5. Delays outside our control

Public holidays, festive periods, courier disruption, floods and similar events can push these times out. If something is going to be significantly late, we will tell you rather than leave you waiting.
